The guy is part of some street racing team and while going downhill on one of the roads on Mount Rokko, we ended up stuck in traffic together at the same time... So naturally, as soon as traffic cleared up, we decided to go for it a little! :)
The encounter really starts at 13 minutes in the video... This guy is just AWESOME... Seriously, props to him, he was really fast :)

That road I tested the Version 1 WRX onto, is very popular among bikers... They are usually pretty quick, but not THAT quick downhill :D

I would love a wrx like this, and I’d put a 2.2L sticker and Impreza L badge on it for ultimate stealth.

That yellow Dodge Charger was a bit unexpected for the tight, twisty mountain roads of Japan!
That scooter guy is nuts! Glad you loved the Impreza - seems like an awesome car!
Also forgot to say - you should message that scooter guy if that Instagram link is indeed him and tell him you were the guy in the Impreza! :P
